Reflections

Breathing in…….breathing out…….
Watching my breath as it goes in and as it goes out
Riding on it as well as it goes up beyond
The stars, the cosmos, the universe.

Breath manifests consciousness in the present
And lets it soar beyond the dimensions
Consciousness being aware of itself
Opens up the heavens for witnessing and exploration.

Consciousness on this plane is but a small speck
Of expression in the magnificence of creation
Will and determination leads to the path
Of discovery, knowing and manifestation.
